Established in 2024, Vighnaharta Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to creating sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged individuals and communities across rural India. The name “Vighnaharta” symbolizes the removal of obstacles — and that is precisely what we strive to do. We aim to eliminate barriers that hinder people from living healthy, dignified, and empowered lives.

Born out of a deep commitment to social welfare, the foundation works at the grassroots level to address fundamental challenges such as menstrual hygiene, hunger, education inequality, lack of agricultural support, and physical disability. With empathy at our core and action in our approach, we have committed ourselves to serve marginalized groups with compassion, integrity, and efficiency.

We firmly believe that every human being deserves dignity, access to basic resources, and the opportunity to lead a life of purpose and health. At the Vighnaharta Foundation, we channel our efforts into multiple impactful initiatives:

  • Pads for All: We distribute free sanitary napkins to women and girls in rural areas, working to break taboos and spread awareness about menstrual health and hygiene. Our goal is to ensure that no woman or girl is held back from education or everyday life due to lack of access to essential sanitary products.
  • Siksha Sabke Liye: Through our free education programs, we aim to ignite young minds with the power of knowledge. We offer academic support, learning materials, and guidance to students from underserved communities, helping them build a brighter future.
  • No one left Hungry: Our free food distribution drives ensure that no one in our reach goes to bed hungry. We provide nutritious meals to poor individuals and families who struggle with food insecurity.
  • Harvesting the Future: Recognizing the backbone of our country — the farmers — we extend our support to those facing financial struggles, crop failures, or lack of access to essential resources. Through our dedicated initiatives, we aim to empower them with the advanced tools, guidance, and aid they need to regain stability and dignity in their livelihoods. Our goal is to ensure that no farmer is left behind in the journey toward a self-reliant and thriving rural India.
  • Udaan: At Vighnaharta Foundation, we believe in the inherent strength and potential of every individual. Our mission is to provide support, resources, and opportunities that empower disabled individuals to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Through our programs, we offer mobility aids, healthcare assistance, education, and skill development, ensuring that everyone has the chance to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.

Vighnaharta Foundation is fully compliant with all legal and financial regulatory requirements essential for a credible and impactful non-profit. We are registered with:

✅ CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Registration:
We are eligible to receive CSR funds from companies under the Companies Act, 2013. This enables corporates to support our programs as part of their CSR obligations.

✅ 12A Registration:
This grants our foundation exemption from paying income tax on donations and funds received. It ensures that our resources are fully directed toward our service initiatives, not taxed revenue.

✅ 80G Certification:
Donors who contribute to Vighnaharta Foundation receive tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. This serves as a great incentive for individuals and businesses to support our cause while enjoying tax benefits.
